SS VENTUS and i4SEE Collaborate to Optimize Wind Farms in Japan and South-East Asia

Japanese independent service provider SS VENTUS is using i4SEE TECH wind analytics services to analyze and optimize wind farms in Asia.

In the Japanese wind industry, owners of wind farms appreciate support from experienced specialists in operational excellence, in order to maximise performance and financial results. Many wind farms are covered by full-service maintenance contracts, but owners sometimes require assistance in contractual and O&M-related discussions.

SS VENTUS, composed of a group of industry-experienced specialists, has established a position in the market to fill these needs and to bring valuable support and service to wind asset owners and operators.

“We offer a full suite of services to satisfy the needs of wind farm owners, everything from site inspections, contractual negotiations, and operational assessments. We turned to i4SEE for SCADA data analysis, since there is so much to be learned from the data and i4SEE’s efficient analytics provide a valuable extension to our offering.”

said Junichiro Yoshifuku, CEO of SS VENTUS.

“It is a pleasure to work with SS VENTUS and we have found a like-minded partner who is wellpositioned to provide highly valuable services in Japan and South-East Asia. From complete health checks of wind turbines to detection of complex turbine underperformance issues, i4SEE’s insights and the action plans developed by SS VENTUS lead to deeper understanding and improved operations.”
